Cypress Counselling: Your Partner in Mental Health
Service Fees:
All counselling sessions are 60 or 90 minutes depending on what you book, and offered in-person at my office in North Vancouver, or online, based on your preference. Initial couples and family sessions are recommended to be 90 minute sessions.
60 minute Individual Counselling Fee: $165.00 + gst
90 minute Individual Counselling Fee: $247.50 + gst
60 minute Couples + Family Counselling Fee : $185.00 + gst
90 minute Family Counselling Fee: $277.50 + gst
Clients who have personal health insurance and extended coverage may have all or a portion of their services covered, and I will provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance plan for reimbursement. Please be sure to contact your insurance provider to review the details of your insurance coverage to know whether your plan includes coverage for counselling services and if you require a physician's referral or pre-approval first. Cypress Tree Counselling is not responsible for the cost of sessions that are later not found to be covered by an insurance plan. The client will be responsible for covering the possible cost difference between insurance coverage and service cost.
Payment is due at the time of each session and will be charged to the credit card on file or via
e-transter. A receipt will be emailed through the Jane App.
Cancellation and Late Policies:
I require 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment. Clients are responsible for the cost of sessions cancelled less than 48 hours prior to their scheduled time. Clients are responsible for full payment for forgotten appointments.
